- **Credit business** for all branches of PEUSA in Europe from an operational perspective. The role reports locally to the PEUSA Credit Transaction Support Team Leader.
- The role is based in Luxembourg.**Your role**:

- For standards requests, perform full review and analysis of the request to ensure adequation with Pictet’s Credit Policy and regulatory requirements. Provide recommendations tied to analysis and assessments of credit risk.
- Submit requests for approval and follow-up on approvals by the relevant authorities to ensure timely completion of the request
- For all requests, perform booking of credit transactions in Avaloq (Limits, FTLs, guarantees) when they are not fed through from the Workflow; liaise with all relevant parties as necessary.
- Tracking and follow-up of overdue credits
- Ensure the proper recording of credit decisions / LTV exceptions in the tracking record and in clients’ accounts
- Draft and review credit documentation in line with credit decisions and ensure proper credit documentation is in place prior to booking of credit limits in the systems. Follow-up on Credit Approval conditions (missing credit documentation, additional information etc)

- When required, perform offline monitoring of credit structures and collateral requirements (“special monitoring” situations that cannot be handled automatically)
- Support Group Risk’s Credit Controls team in resolving Credit Breaches : ensure RMs/CROs/CSOs provide timely and appropriate Action Plan for resolution, follow up on resolution, escalate issues as appropriate
- Handle report requests as appropriate, leveraging tools like Business Objects, Tableau, etc.

**Your profile**:

- Self-starter, autonomous, flexible and adaptable
- Quick learner, disciplined, good sense of priorities
- Good teamwork skills, good written and verbal communication skills
- Sound knowledge of credit products and related risks
- Good understanding of banking operational processes and related risks
- Should have at least 3-5 years of experience in Credit Control/Monitoring functions, preferably in the Private Bank environment.
