Financial Reporting Manager, Private Equity

**Job Description**:
Our client is a leading provider of fund and corporate services which has a dynamic and innovative culture, renowned for its investment in people and strong client service delivery.
Our client is looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to focus on Private Equity.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead a team of accountants, be point of contact for all complex accounting matters and related queries
- Oversee the production and review of financial statements and investor reports to make sure all aspects are correct and compliant with company policy and procedures
- Oversee the production of both direct and indirect tax returns and liaise with the tax authorities
- Be proactive in ensuring client service excellence at all times
- Work with various stakeholders including accounting team, senior management, audit, clients, and other intermediaries
- Provide assistance to senior management when required and be involved in all management aspects of the team from training, coaching and developing
- Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in fund accounting, with focus on private equity structures
- Ideally you will have an accounting or finance degree and/or be fully ACCA qualified or part qualified
- Management or supervisor experience; being able to coach and develop a team, leading by example
- Excellent knowledge of all relevant accounting standards including IFRS and Lux GAAP
- Excellent communication and client facing skills
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written, with another European language advantageous
