We are currently seeking a Senior Depository Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. If you possess a keen eye for detail, a knack for problem-solving, and a solid background in depository management, we want to hear from you.
As a Senior Depository Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various depository operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes. Your expertise will be critical in safeguarding our clients’ assets and maintaining the integrity of our financial systems.
**Responsibilities**:
- Safe keeping of fund assets, whether through custody or more general verification of ownership.
- Monitoring all cash flows passing through the fund platform following the given procedures
- Oversee the proper operation of the fund platform, implementing a number of ex post controls and checks to achieve it.
**Skills**:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Depositary, Fund Administration or Audit.
- Fluent in English (German or any other EU language will be considered as an asset).
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contacts.
