**What you’ll be doing**:
As a dedicated Analyst for Institutional Trust & Safety, you will help build and own the operational security framework for our institutional clients. You will be responsible for guiding our approach during incident response and developing proactive risk management, ensuring the safety and security of our institutional business line.
- **Strategic Cross-Functional Partnership**:You will serve as the dedicated T&S expert for the Institutional team, providing critical guidance on product development, new feature rollouts, and operational readiness to ensure security is a foundational component of our institutional offerings.
- **Tooling and Process Improvement**:You will gain and maintain expert-level knowledge of all institutional-specific tools and systems, working with technical teams to define requirements and ensure the necessary access and capabilities are in place for effective monitoring and investigation. You are not comfortable with the status quo, you are constantly thinking about how our tools and processes can be improved.
- **Incident Management and Leadership**:You will act as the primary T&S point of contact and investigation lead for all institutional-related security incidents. You will coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Institutional, Engineering, Legal) and manage partner communication to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- **Policy Development and Ownership**: You will assist in the development, documentation, and maintenance of a comprehensive set of operational policies and procedures for institutional account security, including identity verification, security protocols, and account recovery.

**What we look for in you**:
Some security teams have strict requirements about certifications, degrees, years of experience, and things like that. Not us We’re more interested in the unique perspectives and expertise you’ll bring to the team rather than the acronyms on your resume. However, you’ll be much more likely to be successful in this role if these points seem like a good description of you:

- You have 4+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Risk Management, Fraud Prevention, or a related operational field, with a proven track record of handling complex investigations.
- You are a builder at heart, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited by the opportunity to create and implement new policies and processes from the ground up.
- You possess excellent stakeholder management skills and are adept at translating complex security concepts into clear, actionable guidance for technical and non-technical partners.
- You are an operator with a strong sense of ownership, capable of leading incident response efforts and driving them to resolution with urgency and precision.
- You frequently get praise from your peers and coworkers about your communication skills, both written and verbal, and can craft compelling narratives from your findings.

**Nice to haves**:

- Prior experience working with institutional, corporate, or B2B clients in a financial services or technology environment.
- Experience with SQL or other data analysis tools to support investigations.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the associated risks.
- Formal training in project management or process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
