For our **Ferrero HQ **in Luxembourg we are currently looking for a **Kinder Surprise Transformation Program Specialist **. This responsibility will act within the Kinder Surprise transformation program, one of the Key Group priorities in the PS. You will go in depth into Ferrero toys processes, governance and competencies, looking how to streamline and improve the system: from assortment, to licensing, innovation, accounting/IT, planning and sourcing management.

**Main Tasks**
- Support the PMO in managing project activities and coordinating different work streams;
- Elaborate presentation and analysis (PPT and excel mainly);
- Support work stream leaders in integration and in defining and building comprehensive solutions;
- Coordinating operative project meetings.

Job Requirements

The job requires a positive attitude, capabilities of understanding a complex environment and “different languages” among various functions involved.

We look for an emphatic person, already “introduced” in the Group and able to build relationship with others and with a change management approach.

Business travels among EU and Asia may be required.

**Profile**
- BSc in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering;
- 3-5 years of experience;
- Good analytical skills;
- Ability to work in short deadlines;
- Result orientation.

**IT Skills**
- Advanced user of Excel and PPT;
- Experience with HFM or SAP are considered a plus.

**Languages**
- Proficiency in English and Italian;
- Any other language is considered a plus.
