For our HQ in Luxembourg we are looking for a Business Analyst who will be part of Procurement Transformation. Procurement Transformation is a comprehensive program to enable our journey towards Value Creation, boosting Procurement ROI. The Procurement Transformation Business Analyst will support the project team by collecting, analyzing and preparing data to ensure, according with the consultant firm engaged for the program, procurement process analysis and re-design, role definitions and change management. The role will cover Direct and Indirect Procurement supporting defining strategic and operative process including focus on change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.

**Main Tasks**:
Development

Develops relationship with partners, working with them in order to optimize and enhance integration;
Works with external stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the service/function/product of own;
Identifies future needs and create solutions to help meet those needs;
Interacts with internal colleagues to understand the needs of departments and the organization;
Project Management

Evaluation of impact from the changes made, including taking responsibility for overseeing and reporting;
Production of written documentation and report (arrange files and presentations useful for the team);
Conduct in-depth quantitative/qualitative analysis;
Provide support in making the recommended changes and including helping to resolve any issues;
Help in design, documentation and maintenance of system processes;
Data cleaning and data migration activities;
Help in manage change and plan future in line with company goals;
Communicate the benefits of proposal across functions and key insights and findings to team;
Support the supplier pool and the procurement direction involved in the adoption of the procurement suite;
Business Planning

Defines configuration specifications and business analysis requirements (eliciting analyzing, translating and simplifying requirements);
Defines reporting and alerting requirements;
Manages data modelling practices to analyze information and create proposals for strategic and operational improvements also considering opportunities, risks and processes and IT require;
Change Management

Create and implement a communication plan with clear change messages, prepare and provide training material about change and assess the change impact;
Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.

Job Requirements

**Profile**:
Master’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Legal Studies or related fields;
4 to 7 years of work experience in Procurement;
Change management methodologies;
Procurement process knowledge is required to effectively interact with suppliers and stakeholder;
Previous work experience within an international context and team;
Commitment to excellence with a result-oriented approach.

**IT Skills**:
Proficiency in MS Office skills;
Knowledge of SAP ERP (as a user) will be considered a plus.

**Languages**:
Fluent in English and Italian;
French or any other European language will be considered a plus.
