This role offers a unique opportunity to delve into diverse areas such as Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Regulatory Compensation, and job architecture. In this position, you will have the possibility to have a real impact and help the organization attract and retain top talent.
As part of the HR team in the Performance and Rewards Centre of Expertise, you will report directly to the Head of Performance and Rewards Luxembourg. You'll collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, People Services, and Talent & Learning colleagues to drive excellence in HR practices.

You also support local communication efforts around Performance & Rewards matters.
**HR system and data accuracy**: you ensure the accuracy of compensation data in our HR system (Workday) as well as you work closely with our HR colleagues to make sure they have the information they need to perform their work. You gather and prepare compensation data for benchmarks and for internal and external regulatory reports.
**Ensure compliance**: you play a pivotal role in ensuring that Performance & Rewards documentation and processes adhere to both internal and external policies and requirements. You will also support internal and external audit requests and gather relevant data and documentation. You contribute to regular activities such as identifying regulated staff.

We look for
A colleague with a talent for taking it on and making it happen, enthusiasm for helping others to be successful and a knack for always being a step ahead. In other words, you strive to bring fresh ideas to life and embrace challenges in a fast changing and complex environment. **As a Performance and Reward Expert you will also need**:
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience. Experience within the Financial sector and in the field of Rewards is considered as an advantage.
Our biggest expectation is that you’ll stay curious. Keep learning. Take on responsibility.
Ability to understand complex regulatory landscape how this translates into practice.
An analytical mindset, data-driven approach and able to “roll up sleeves” are crucial.
Team player and ability to partner with multiple stakeholders, including outside HR.
An ability to work autonomously, identify and escalate bottlenecks as needed.
Excel proficiency is a must.
Knowledge of an HR information System (e.g. Workday) is considered as an advantage.
You are fluent, both written and orally, in English. Any additional language would be an asset.
We offer you
**Work in an informal, dynamic environment**: ING is a stimulating international working environment with many learning opportunities and a strong connection with our Group.
Personal growth & challenging work with opportunities to realise your ambitions: by joining a convivial and diverse HR team composed of colleagues with varied backgrounds and deep expertise in their respective fields, you will have a unique opportunity to develop your own skills and expertise in Performance and Rewards, as well as in other areas. We will accompany you in developing your knowledge and acquiring skills that will make you successful in the role.
We redefine banking. What about you?
