The **Capital Markets Advisory & Sales Support **works closely with the Capital Markets Advisory & Sales team in providing a high level of sales and product support. Providing excellent client service in the management of day to day needs of clients - specifically focused on the trading life cycle related tasks.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage the process of trade booking. Ensuring that the proper documentation is in place. Liaising with relevant departments to ensure the effective completion of Direct Access Clients (DAC) adoption.
- Provide and maintain periodic client reviews - Support CM A&S to perform reviews within the deadline and proactively escalate issues when appropriate.
- Complete suitability reviews together with Client Advisors / Investment Advisors (IA).
- Assist CM A&S in preparing meetings and if required, in preparing pitches, investment proposals, presentations and tailored reports for client meetings.
- Manage the resolution of all client enquiries through effective interaction with clients, CAs, Central Support functions, Booking Centers and staff in other locations in a timely and professional manner. Assist clients with all account related inquiries such as account balances, trading activity and statements.
- Assist in client transactions, e.g., ensure satisfactory settlement. Monitor pending and executed trades and confirm transactions to clients.
- Ensure corrections related to transactions and account errors - ensure prompt resolution.
- Process and manage client documentation for various investment products.
- Uphold all regulatory and compliance policies and procedures to identify, mitigate and escalate all risks to protect the client and bank.
- Ensure coherence to the Bank’s training requirements and remain aware of regulatory and process changes that impact the role.
- Actively look to streamline process and promote initiatives to improve both client experience and remove internal deficiencies.
- Provide clear and confident communication with clients and internal stakeholders. Involve compliance and legal if needed.
- Ensure all client related material is stored appropriately and correctly in line with internal and regulatory procedures. Obtain missing or deficient documentation.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- 2 years of experience in Wealth Management with client-facing contact and Wealth Management products and services know-how
- Excellent cultural and client needs competence
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Client-oriented and detailed focus
- High service standards and attitude
- Eager to help to improve our processes, with a continuous improvement mindset
- Fluent (written and verbally) in English
