**Department purpose**
Our International Capital Markets (ICM) department specialises in international capital markets work including securities law and capital markets regulation and stock exchange listings, as well as asset backed structures. You will join a dynamic team advising amongst others investment banks, alternative investment funds, international commercial banks, governments and public entities requiring advanced legal advice for complex operations.
**Role purpose**
We are currently looking for a Junior International Capital Markets Lawyer
**Role and responsibilities**

**Key requirements**
- You have at least one to three years relevant experience within a law firm, gained in a banking department, ideally based in Luxembourg
- You are fully qualified or currently preparing the bar exam in a EU jurisdiction; an LL.M. from an American or English university would be considered as an advantage
- You are fluent in both written and spoken English and French. German and Luxemburgish would be an asset
- You have a practical and solution-orientated approach to work
- You are a team player, proactive and have excellent communication skills
- You have a passion for capital markets and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and client service are essential to our business and the business of our clients
