**Primary Purpose of the Position**:
- ** Process & System Expert**: Coordination of service operation processes in line with requirements and Goodyear's process guidelines and strategy. First point of contact for system issues within Service Operation.
- ** One Team**: Strong collaboration with Operation and IT Development to deliver operational excellence according to the one team philosophy. Be aware of the wider business environment.
- ** One Goodyear Way**: Lead defined standards and guidelines and propose improvements in line with S&OP Class A mindset.
**Principle Duties and Responsibilities**:
- ** Support** : Be the reference person regarding business system issues for Serv. Operation.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Evaluate effectiveness of current Operation systems and identify improvement potentials. In charge of EKN creation
- ** Testing & training** : Coordinate & report testing plans. Facilitate the knowledge transfer to the organization (training & documentation) and inform all concerned teams about process & system changes.
- ** Reporting**: Be in charge of reporting requirements for the Operation organisation.
- ** Build Talents and Teams**: Support best practices sharing with Operation team members and support / coordinate trainings.
**To join our team you will need**:
**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Operation or Logistics (a Master is preferred).
**Experience**:
- +10 years experience in operation role
- Experience in dealing with crossfunctional team
- Strong working knowledge of IT tools and data analytics / mining
- Ability to multi-task and achieve results in a high volume environment.
- Communication skills necessary to train users of varying experience levels.
- Ability to accurately explain complex situations to others using information systems language and terms.
**Knowledge & Skills**:
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities
- Accurate and structured
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Willingness to develop knowledge and disseminate
- Able to work in different database environments (SAP, EDW, Cloud )
- Language: Fluent in English - German / French as an asset
