More Driven.** **The opportunity**: A key leader in the Manufacturing Unit Cutting, the Process Leaders is responsible to lead and drive the development and maintenance of all standard manufacturing processes used in their area. Ensures alignment for the Manufacturing Unit Cutting concerning all process and manufacturing related issues, focusing on improving the overall efficiency of the Manufacturing Unit Cutting in areas such as safety, quality, waste, OEE, etc. **Responsibilities**: - Based on loss analysis, lead, drive and support plant optimization for the Manufacturing Unit Cutting through process standardization and other systems to drive consistency and improved performance overall, making final decisions on processes needed to meet targets - Ensure the execution of the daily production requirements, coordinating with other team members, other Manufacturing Unit Cutting's, and others as necessary, to deliver the planned results (Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and/or Ticket) - Working within the team, develop and align the strategy and plans to deliver targets and objectives that support the overall facility targets - Provide the proper focus on Health and Safety, Environmental & Sustainability issues, to develop and maintain "Safety as a Value" culture. - Drive improvements through personal knowledge and expertise, as well as thorough the use of other experts as necessary **To join our team you will need**: **Education**: **Languages**: English and French are required. German is an asset. **Knowledge and skills**: - Strong customer focus, both internal and external - Solid background in scheduling, quality, safety and project management - Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills (Servant Leader) - Strong Problem solving skills and mentality - Courageous and willing to make decisions
