We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Intermediate Representative, Client Services - Domiciliary Services to join our Domiciliary/Corporate Secretary Services team. This role is located in Luxembourg City - Hybrid model.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

- Support account relationship management: you will support the team in managing multiple client accounts. Ensure that all clients are delivered an accurate, timely and quality service during all aspects of the processes covered by this role
- You will manage the daily correspondence received by the clients and their files and records
- You will support client’s shareholder meetings
- You will support filings with the CSSF and Luxembourg Business Registers
- You will assist the team and/or the client directly with the execution of documents, KYC requests, apostille etc
- Assist the team in the organisation of board meetings, including the preparation of board packs.
- No direct reports; you will provide guidance to less experienced team members, as needed

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Education/Experience:

- 1-2 years’ experience in a business-related corporate paralegal/client-facing environment
- Legal qualification/University degree or equivalent preferred
- Knowledge of the Luxembourg Company Law is an advantage
- Knowledge in Alternative Investment Funds is an advantage

- Excellent organisational skills with ability to plan and think ahead
- Ability to work independently and under pressure while being perfectly organized and rigorous
- Able to conduct yourself with integrity and a desire for excellence at all times, with a clear sense of personal responsibility.
- Pro-active and client-oriented attitude with the necessary flexibility and a 'hands-on’ approach
- To treat all colleagues, internal and external, with respect and to proactively create an environment of teamwork.
- Fluent or near-native English speaker / French basics
