We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Administrator, Retrocession to join. This role is located in Luxembourg

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

- Maintain delivery of a high quality service level to clients and other departments within BNY Mellon ensuring any queries are dealt with in a professional manner and escalating where appropriate. Ensure a professional relationship is maintained with clients and shareholders at all times.
- Demonstrate the shared values of the organisation (Passion for Excellence, Integrity, Strength in Diversity, Courage to Lead).
- Ensure daily/monthly/quarterly tasks are being completed, within deadlines and relevant checklists signed.
- Come up with initiatives and propose existing task enhancement.
- Ensure all system workflow quality control checks are carried out on a daily basis.
- Adhere to BNY Mellon standard procedures/policies and controls in accordance with the relevant Transfer Agency Procedures.
- Be familiar with corporate policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all mandatory training is carried out within agreed timeframe.
- Maintain a clear Team Mailbox. Ensure all queries received to the Team Mailbox are responded to and closed out in line with Client SLA.

- Quick to develop new skills and a pro-active approach to learning and training.
- Similar industry experience.
- Flexible so that able to work either alone or as part of a team.
- Must be able to use initiative to obtain results and think laterally.
- Able to prioritise work and meet deadlines whilst working under pressure
