We assist international organizations, local businesses as well as private individuals in all their Luxembourg tax, accountancy, fund administration, audit and payroll needs.
**RSM Audit Luxembourg**provides audit and assurance services to a wide range of organisations, from traditional Luxembourg based firms to subsidiaries of international groups, as well as regulated investment funds and Professionals of the Financial Sector (PFSs).
Our Audit department includes a dedicated **Compliance team** that plays a key role in ensuring our firm meets regulatory standards of Luxembourg. We are currently looking for **a motivated intern to join this Compliance team** and support its daily operations for a minimum of 4 months (6 months preferred) ideally starting January 2026.
This internship is a valuable opportunity to dive into real-world compliance activities and gain practical experience within a well-respected audit firm.
Your role:
You will assist the Compliance department in day-to-day tasks, including:
- Supporting Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures:
- Analyzing client structures and identifying required KYC documentation
- Researching and verifying information on client organizations
- Encoding and updating client data in internal databases
- Reassessing KYC processes for existing clients
- Ensuring rigorous monitoring of KYC procedures to respect our internal deadlines
- Checking that RSM Audit Luxembourg is independent from the entire clients of the group in accordance with the ethics of Independence of RSM Global
Your profile:
- Is currently studying in a business school or university with a legal major
- Has a good knowledge of Luxembourg company law will be an advantage
- Is proficient in MS office tools
- Is fluent in French and English
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Is analytical, eager to learn and motivated by challenge
