Entrusted responsabilities

**Position Context**:
As part of a strategic transformation initiative, we are looking for a **Senior SAP Project Manager (M/F)** to join the internal finance transformation program of a major Big 4 firm in Luxembourg. The role focuses on the deployment of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (release 2502) within finance-related departments, ensuring alignment with both business and regulatory requirements.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Lead discussions with accounting, controlling, and procurement business users on the SAP module setup for financial operations.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and proactively follow up on action points.
- Act as a key interface between the business and the integration stream (technical teams, data hub) to design and validate data flows to and from SAP.
- Design and document test scenarios for financial processes within SAP.
- Provide expertise and user support for SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling modules.
- Assist users during testing phases and help resolve functional or integration issues.
- Facilitate and lead end-to-end process review sessions with business stakeholders.
- Coordinate and communicate with external consultants involved in the implementation.
- Guide and support internal project team members with limited or no SAP background.
- Contribute to data migration planning and execution.
- Define reporting needs using both SAP tools and Power BI.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulatory requirements specific to Luxembourg.

**Must-Have Skills**:

- Proven experience on SAP S/4HANA Cloud (public edition) implementation projects.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication abilities and ability to interact with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:

- French language skills (documentation and meetings are primarily in English).
- Solid understanding of interface design and data migration concepts.
- Background in financial reporting and familiarity with Luxembourgish regulatory expectations.
