One of our clients, a well-known bank in the industry is looking for talents

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the point of contact for all communications with the regulator, implying strong coordination of regulatory matters with internal stakeholders and sound follow-up with the regulator
- Supervise the progress on regulatory projects, being in close contact with relevant project managers and reporting status to the Executive Committee of the Bank on a regular basis
- Contribute to the set-up of the sustainability office and to its ongoing initiatives
- Ensure the active design and documentation of the Bank’s governance structure within the framework of a strategic group roadmap (including organizational handbook and committees)
- Ensure sound coordination on a wide variety of governance topics with a focus on recommendations and guidance from the board of directors of the Bank

**Essential skills & Qualifications**:

- University degree (preferably in law and/or economics or business administration) or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of working experience within the financial industry (with a solid experience in Luxembourg)
- In-depth knowledge of Luxembourg’s banking and financial industry
- Strong regulatory background linked to the banking and financial industry
- Excellent communication & management skills
- Excellent communication skills and notably ability to communicate complex information throughout the bank
- Strong sense of organization
- Ability to work autonomously as well as to collaborate in team
- Analytical and problem-solving mind
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Pack & other day to day digital tools
- Fluent in English and French
