Vous serez chargé(e) de:
- Fournir des conseils fiscaux à nos clients nationaux et internationaux ;
- Proposer et mettre en œuvre des structures et des stratégies fiscalement avantageuses ;
- Participer activement à la rédaction, la révision et la négociation de la documentation ;
- Assurer la liaison avec les clients, les bureaux étrangers et les autorités fiscales ;
- Être actif dans le développement de solides relations avec les clients en mettant l'accent sur l'excellence des services demandés ;
- Participer au développement de notre pratique ;
- Participer au partage des connaissances.
**Profile**
Expérience et compétences requises:
- Minimum de 4 ans d'expérience, niveau Associate ou Senior Associate.
- Expérience au Luxembourg avec une préférence pour une expérience généraliste dans un cabinet d'avocats ou un Big 4
- Admission au barreau ;
- Master en droit des affaires/économie ou/et fiscalité ;
- De langue maternelle française et parlant couramment l'anglais, l'allemand ou le luxembourgeois serait un atout ;
- Capacité à être motivé(e), organisé(e) et pragmatique tout en étant capable de tenir ses promesses sous pression ;
- Fortes capacités quantitatives et analytiques ainsi que des compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et de gestion du temps ;
- Excellentes compétences en matière d'organisation et de communication générale.
