Location : Luxembourg - City Center

Top 3 Key competencies:

- Former exposure to Lux GAAP
- Minimum of 3 years as a fund accountant
- Fluent English, French is a plus

**Role & Responsibilites**

Your main responsibility of a Tax Associate is to deliver tax advisory and tax compliance services to our customers clients. Your duties in this role will include:

- Organizing and analyzing clients’ financial information
- Taking advantage of opportunities to minimize tax liability through deductions
- Preparing necessary forms for filing taxes
- Advising clients about tax liabilities and other tax-related matters
- Filing tax returns on paper or electronically on behalf of clients
- Establishing and updating client records
- Keeping abreast of current IRS and state and local tax rules and regulations and ensuring full compliance
- Assisting with audits by gathering financial information and meeting with auditors as needed

**Profile**
- University or similar degree;
- Excellent communicator and initiatives taking
- 3 years of experience in a tax department of Big4 firm or equivalent
- Strong knowledge and practice of Luxembourg tax law
- Strong knowledge and practice of international tax issues i.e. DAC 6, BEPS, ATAD, CRS
- Strong analytical skills i.e. ability to address several interconnected issues and deliver a suitable solution for our clients
- IT skills
- English required - French will be considered as an asset
- Team player
- Carry out a skills assessment (soft skills and technical skills) in order to better define your professional project
- Access to your test results to guide you to your best career choices
- Interview coaching session before the client meeting
