**Junior Legal Officer (M/F)**:

We are looking for a **Junior Legal Officer (M/F) **on a permanent contract.

**Your profile**:

- University degree in law or a similar field.
- A minimum of 1 years’ relevant professional experience, within a law firm operating in the field of investment funds in Luxembourg, with focus on real estate, and private equity.
- Knowledge of the Luxembourgish legal and regulatory environment concerning investment fund will be considered as an asset
- Open-minded, dynamic, flexible and capable of working in a team in an organised and independent manner.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken. Other languages are considered a bonus.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Draft the minutes of Board or General Shareholders Meetings as well as any other transactional documentation
- Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments with clients and advisors/notaries, coordination of the deeds (incorporation, amendments)
- Verify that all client files are accurately detailed
- Maintain necessary documents for the Chamber of Commerce;
- Handle relevant documents (independently prepare, gather, and coordinate documents and information).
- Prepare documents concerning the creation or liquidity of Luxembourg entities as well as service contracts, loans or other agreements, share registers and resolutions, etc.;
- Gather documents relating to the resignation, appointment of directors or managers, change of registered office;
