**Oversight Manager within an AIFM**:
The scope of the role includes the responsibility for overseeing the delegated central administration function, portfolio management function and marketing. Responsible on every Fund operations topics towards client and prepare regular reporting to the Fund’s Board of Directors.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Monitor the performance of the delegates and service providers, conduct initial and ongoing due diligence visits, perform the ongoing supervision of the delegates and service providers
- Ensure the day-to-day fund operations is well performed and perform controls on delegated duties of the funds under management (e.g. Investment Manager, Distribution network as well as Central Administration, in particular the day-to-day controls on NAV, reconciliation aspects, reporting, KPI's, investors monitoring)
- Support the valuation process and controlling of valuations (including adequate procedures aiming at ensuring fair and independent valuations)
- Responsible for the investigation and resolution of any day-to-day operational queries, issues and incidents internal or external (i.e. with the Delegates, service providers and the Clients)
- Support the client on-boarding process and the implementation of service level agreements/operating memorandum
- Coordinate the funds accounting audit and company audit
- Monitor and improve the implementation of Policies, Procedures and Controls
- Prepare regular reporting to the Board of Directors of the Company & the Funds and regulatory reporting such as AIFMD Annex IV

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent
- Between 2 and 6 years of relevant experience in an AIFM, big4 or Depositary covering private equity or real estate strategy
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
- Excellent Microsoft office and database management skills
- Analytical and organised spirit
- Autonomous and able to take initiatives
- Communication skills and team-oriented person
- Time management and prioritisation skills
- Occasional travel is required to client sites and delegate sites
