**Product Manager (Luxembourg based) at Salonkee SA**:
Salonkee SA is looking for a Product Manager to join our team in Luxembourg. As a Product Manager, you will contribute to managing the development and delivery of our product roadmap. You will work closely with our Head of Product to ensure that our product meets the needs of our customers and aligns with our constant strive for excellence.

In this role, you will:

- support / contribute to the product development process from ideation to launch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with our business goals
- Work closely with our engineering team to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management
- Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to decision making
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A strong understanding of agile development methodologies
- Fluent in English. French and German are considered a strong plus
- Experience in the beauty or wellness industry is a plus
- Passion and motivation for what you do on a daily basis
