**Junior - Financial reporting within an AIFM**:
The scope of the role is to be part of the production of all regulatory reporting requirements for UCITS and AIFs domiciled in Luxembourg and other EU jurisdictions.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Assist in producing the quarterly Annex IV reporting
- Perform oversight of the NAV computed by the appointed Administrator
- Compute portfolio IRR and turnover, performance fees as well as investor’s activity
- ratio
- Ensure that Funds’ expenses included in the NAV are monitored in an accurately
- manner
- Ensure that Fund’s budget is reviewed and approved by the Board
- Assist in producing the annual and semi-annual Funds’ financial statements
- Assist in producing the annual Self-Assessment Questionnaire
- Assist in performing the CSSF E-Desk performance fee declaration
- Coordinate accounting audit requests and liaise with the Fund’s auditors
- Monitor and improve the implementation of Policies, Procedures and Controls

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent
- Between 1 and 2 years of accounting experience in an AIFM, big4 or Administrator
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent Microsoft office and database management skills
- Autonomous and able to take initiatives
- Communication skills and team-oriented person
- Time management and prioritisation skills
