**Experienced Construction Site Manager Structural Work (M/F/d)**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- **Planning and Coordination**: Together with the Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the construction management of a large-scale project in Luxembourg (hospital) focusing on excavation and structural work. You will jointly steer the construction execution with regards to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- **Quality Assurance**: As part of the team, you will ensure smooth construction progress, compliance with all technical specifications, and the highest quality standards.
- **Site Coordination**: Acting as the primary point of contact for structural work contractors, you will be responsible for rebar approvals and maintaining efficient on-site communication.
- **Reporting**: You will prepare precise meeting minutes, perform detailed on-site measurements, and carefully verify contractors' invoices.

**Your Profile**:

- **Academic Qualifications**:

- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification as a Construction Technician with a focus on structural construction.
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Construction Site Manager for large-scale structural projects.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in relevant software (ERGO, MS Office); knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit is a plus.
- **Languages**:

- Fluent in German (mandatory). Proficiency in French and Luxembourgish is an advantage.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Responsible, flexible, dynamic, and organized.
- Team player with the ability to delegate, take responsibility, listen actively, and motivate others.
