**The opportunity**:
We are seeking a passionate and creative **Junior Marketing Manager**to join our team and play a key role in building excitement and awareness for VML's new marketplace offer both internally and externally through engaging social media content and effective internal public relations. This role will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, crafting compelling content, and amplifying the agencies offer across the. You will work closely with the growth team to elevate our brand presence and contribute to the overall growth of the agency.

**What you'll be doing**:
**Coordinate plan and amplify agency presence**:

- Take an active role in driving the visibility and success of the agency externally
- Help build a FY activation calendar covering key eventing moments, comms plan, intermediary engagement and thought leadership
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the agency's marketing goals.
- Coordinate and create engaging and shareable content (text, images, videos) for key social media outlets.
- Co-ordinate and support the write up of PR awards campaigns and collate and build the material needed for submission.
- Support the creation of marketing materials

**Drive internal awareness and engagement**:

- Manage, plan and co-ordinate EMEA wide community forums
- Create and distribute internal newsletters, announcements, and other communications.
- Organize and promote internal events and initiatives.
- Gather and share employee success stories and achievements.
- Assist in managing the agency's internal communication channels (e.g., intranet, Slack).
- Work with HR to promote employee benefits and company culture.
- Help maintain a positive and consistent brand voice across all internal communications.

**Content Creation & Support**:

- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including blog posts, case studies, and presentations.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Support the senior marketing team with various marketing initiatives as needed.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all marketing materials.

**What we want from you**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related role (internships considered).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools
