**FINANCIAL CONTROLLER GERMANOPHONE (EN INDUSTRIE) H/F
L’un de nos clients est activement à la recherche d’un FINANCIAL CONTROLLER GERMANOPHONE H/F:
Responsabilités:
- Définir, rédiger les procédures et participer à l’amélioration des outils (Système d’information et d’audit) et des processus en place
- Collecter, analyser et diffuser les données financières permettant le suivi et le reporting des indicateurs de performances du groupe
- Contrôler, suivre et actualiser l’ensemble des investissements et des dépenses
- Suivre et piloter l’ensemble du processus budgétaire
- Préparer les documents permettant le reporting à la Direction, ainsi qu’aux actionnaires (préparation des conseils d’administration)
- Détecter, analyser et résoudre les éventuelles sources d’inefficacité au sein du groupe
- Identifier et analyser les écarts entre les réalisations et les budgets afin de mettre en évidence les risques et impacts financiers potentiels et adapter les prévisions en fonction de ceux-ci
- Assurer le suivi et la relation avec les participations du groupe afin de réaliser et d’assurer le reporting d’activités, des business plans et de la valorisation des participations
- Être en charge des projets et des tâches en relation directe avec les responsables opérationnels visant à éclairer la Direction sur les sujets stratégiques d’actualités afin d’établir la planification stratégique du groupe et en assurer le suivi
Exigences obligatoires:
- Expérience justifiée d’au moins 5 ans en tant que Contrôleur de gestion
- Solides connaissances des processus de reporting et de consolidation comptable
- Bonne maîtrise des normes Lux GAAP et IFRS
- Très bonnes connaissances des outils de contrôle
- Maîtrise du francais et de l'allemand
- Très bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word et Power Point)
- Parfaite maîtrise de d'Excel et Power BI.
- Bonne maîtrise des systèmes ERP et solutions de Business Intelligence
- Autonome, rigoureux et très bon communicant disposant de réelles capacités d’analyse et de synthèse
