Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) **ESG Risk Consultant** capable d’aider à intégrer les risques climatiques et environnementaux (**Climate & Environmental Risks**, CER) dans l’ensemble de ses processus de gestion des risques

**Vos missions principales**:
En lien direct avec les équipes Risk, Conformité et Stratégie, vous interviendrez sur:
Phase de connaissance & planification:

- Analyse des pratiques et documents internes liés aux risques ESG
- Partage d'expertise sur les meilleures pratiques du marché et attentes réglementaires (BCE)
- Organisation d'ateliers avec les parties prenantes internes
- Identification des lacunes de données et proposition de solutions concrètes

Renforcement des capacités de stress-testing ESG:

- Développement d'analyses d'impact consolidées (risques financiers, non-financiers, réputation)
- Amélioration des modèles internes : scénarios climat, transition, risques physiques, PD, LGD
- Intégration d'éléments spécifiques à la banque au-delà des standards réglementaires
- Contribution aux rapports réglementaires (ICAAP, Pilier 3)

Intégration ESG dans la gestion des risques:

- Mise à jour des politiques de gestion des risques et du dispositif ICAAP
- Intégration des risques climat dans l'appétit au risque et la stratégie d’entreprise
- Évaluation de l'impact économique et réglementaire des risques environnementaux
- Renforcement des liens entre cartographie des risques et stress-tests

**Profil recherché**:

- Expérience solide en gestion des risques bancaires : capital, ICAAP, stress-testing, risk appetite
- Connaissance des enjeux ESG et des risques climatiques, idéalement dans le secteur financier
- Bonne maîtrise des exigences réglementaires européennes (BCE, NGFS, ECB expectations)
- Capacité d’analyse, rigueur méthodologique, orientation solutions
- Compétences en modélisation des risques et élaboration de scénarios
- Excellentes qualités relationnelles et pédagogiques pour animer des ateliers
