Csr Officer

As a CSR Officer, you are responsible for the participation and implementation of the sustainability strategy at LuxTrust in line with the company's objectives.

**Missions**:

- Implements and deploys the strategic sustainability plan and support our local entities
- Sets up and supervises the CSR Committee
- Develops and implements a policy for Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)
- Acts as a thought leader in ESG, particularly on environmental topics, understands current and future challenges within the industry, educates and prioritizes these issues with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Establishes objectives and milestones to achieve short and long-term goals, liaising with the asset management team to implement ESG criteria in the investment and asset management policy
- Takes in charge Monthly internal and external ESG reporting
- Identifies, situates and deploys a CSR strategy in all business lines Identifies the company's activities and their impacts Recognizes stakeholders (society's expectations and stakeholders' interests)

**Required skills**:

- Bac +3 in ESG and sustainable development or equivalent experience
- ESG certification is an asset
