**Accountant - Responsibilities**
- Handle VAT declarations and annual returns to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and regularly update financial records for multiple holding entities.
- Process invoices related to purchases, sales, and recurring services while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee cash management activities and perform bank reconciliations to monitor financial flows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on financial reporting, investor relations, and audit processes.
- Provide support in the establishment, restructuring, or liquidation of entities as needed.
- Communicate with external parties, including suppliers and Luxembourg authorities, to facilitate business operations.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and support reporting obligations.

**Accountant - Your Profile**:

- At least **2 years of experience in accounting**, with a strong focus on **holding structures**, and exposure to financial entities such as **family offices or investment firms**.
- Strong proficiency in **Excel**, including functions like pivot tables, and familiarity with accounting software such as **BOB50** or similar tools.
- A **proactive and detail-oriented** approach, with a willingness to take initiative and work independently.
- ** Fluency in English** is essential, with proficiency in French or another European language considered an asset.
