We are looking for an experienced **Fund Accountant** to join our human-sized firm, specializing in **alternative PE/RE funds,** ideally located not far from the Luxembourg train station. Founded 15 years ago, our partner also invests in retail, managing external and in-house funds, and has international investments in various sectors with a presence in Europe and Asia mainly. In addition to **fund management**, we offer advisory, corporate, and accounting services.

**Senior Fund Accountant - Your responsibilities**:

- Prepare and manage a portfolio of alternative PE/RE funds from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- NAV Calculation and Review: Accurately calculate and review the Net Asset Value (NAV) of the funds, ensuring precision in valuations and reporting.
- Oversee day-to-day fund operations, including cash management, transaction processing, and portfolio reconciliations.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, tailored to the needs of stakeholders.
- Maintain strong relationships with investors, providing them with regular updates and insights into fund performance and addressing their queries promptly.
- Coordinate and manage the annual audit process, working closely with external auditors to ensure smooth and timely completion.

- At least **3 years of experience** in alternative PE/RE funds.
