As part of the continued growth of its **Investment Funds practice** in Luxembourg, the firm is now looking to recruit a **Senior Fund Lawyer**.

**Your Responsibilities**|** Banking & Finance Lawyer - Transactions - Regulatory - Law Firm**
- Advice on the structuring and ongoing legal management of investment funds, mainly alternative investment funds (AIFs).
- Handle day-to-day legal matters related to funds, working closely with clients, AIFMs and service providers.
- Draft, review and negotiate fund documentation (prospectuses, articles of association, LPAs and related agreements).
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments and assess their impact on fund structures.
- Advise a sophisticated international client base on complex fund-related matters.
- Work closely with Partners and international offices on cross-border fund transactions. Contribute to the development and visibility of the Funds practice.

- With 2 to 3 years of experience in Banking & Finance within a law firm in Luxembourg, you have already developed a solid foundation in transactional work.
- You are fluent in English and French, enabling you to work comfortably with international clients and teams.
- You hold a master’s degree in law and have a genuine interest in banking, finance and financial markets.
- Knowledge or exposure to regulatory matters is considered an advantage, though not mandatory.
