**Summary**:
Our client, one of the largest commercial real estate services companies has an excellent opportunity in its Fund Accounting and Controlling Team. The company acts as a full investment administrator providing high quality to its Real Estate clients for over several decades, and is now looking to extend its team of talented professionals.
As a core team member, you will be responsible for the day-to-day fund level accounting, consolidation and financial reporting functions as well as supervision and coordination for a number of activities for Luxembourg real estate funds. As Assistant Controller for this prestigious business in Luxembourg, you’ll report directly to the Director in a mid “human-sized” office, in a convenient city location in Luxembourg.

**Key responsibilities**
- Assist in coordinating monthly reporting, quarterly covenant management, transactions and independent audit procedures,
- Assist in coordinating the reporting process across various functions, funds and geographies to ensure timely and well organized completion of reporting process,
- Contribute with financial input for quarterly Board meetings and attend as well.
- Support in due diligence and sales process,
- Read and interpret contracts, legal documents, and other agreements,
- Assist to ad hoc projects and other group initiatives.
**Key requirements**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance/business economics/accountancy; CPA/ACCA/CA is preferred
- Experience with preparation of periodic and annual financial reports and annual audit processes
- Strong knowledge of LUX and any other GAAP, IFRS, INREV
- Fluency in English; German or French is an asset
