Funds Talent is pleased to be working with one of the largest commercial real estate services companies which currently has an opening within their Fund Accounting and Controlling Team.
As an Assistant Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting for SPV entities, consolidation and financial reporting functions, as well as supervision and coordination of Lead Accountants and various ad hoc activities for Luxembourg real estate funds.
**Key requirements**:
- Assist in coordinating monthly reporting, quarterly covenant management, transactions and independent audit procedures.
- Assist in coordinating the reporting process across various functions, funds and geographies within deadlines.
- Contribute with financial input for quarterly Board meetings and attend.
- Support in due diligence and sales process.
- Read and interpret contracts, legal documents, and other agreements.
