**Summary**:
Our client is a reputable Real Estate Investment firm, that due to the evolution of the role, they now need a Fund Controller to join the company.
Your job
In this role as a Fund Controller you will be involved in the day to day life of a variety of complex alternative funds. Some of the duties include:
- Supervision of juniors
- Coordination of all quarterly and annual reporting
- Conduct consolidation of IFRS based and or US GAAP financial statements and US Tax based financial statements and projections
- Preparing consolidating and consolidated financial statements;
- Working closely with different departments (corporate, account payable, tax, etc );
- Preparing Annual Budgets and its projections, Annual Financial reports for year-end audit, and Annual Statutory accounts;
- Supporting the Portfolio Management team.
**Key requirements**:
- **ACCA** qualification is a must
- **5+ year of experience** in accounting, or finance in Luxembourg;
- **Fluent** in English;
- Experience in **Real Estate.**:
- **Consolidation** experience is a must;
- **Yardi** experience.
