We are also an established partner for charging solutions and battery systems. Do you like to take responsibility with a long-term-view? For the expansion of our production site for automotive glass (roofs, windshields and rear windows) in Grevenmacher (Luxembourg), we are looking for committed colleagues (f/m/d) who will help shape our success story with their expertise and passion.

**You can look forward to these exciting tasks**:

- Administrative work in finance, HR, planning and purchasing
- Booking supplier invoices, maintain supplier accounts, and ensure payment remittances are sent to suppliers.
- Control expenses, secure necessary approvals, booking in the accounting system.
- Participate in preparing reports with accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Handle the preparation and submission of subvention requests
- Document processes to enhance clarity and efficiency within the departments.
- Be part of our digitalization development.

**Here's what you can bring to the team**:

- Fluent in English is mandatory, German and /-or French would be an asset
- Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with the ability to quickly adapt to new software.
- Demonstrates a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Follows established rules and procedures with precision.
- Exhibits a strong desire to learn and grow professionally, with a proactive approach to acquiring new skills.
