**Job Description**:
Collaborate closely with a squad of Designers, Product Owners, and Engineers.

Research and understand users' needs and goals through user interviews, analytics reviews, usability testing, in collaboration with our UX Researcher.

Create user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, high fidelity designs, and prototypes in collaboration with the Design Lead, Business Analysts, and Product Owners.

Review and offer UI feedback throughout the design process (from brainstorming to researching, sketching, prototyping, testing, and implementation).

Design for web and mobile experiences working on branding, typography, visual assets, copy, and animations.

Create and maintain our brands’ style guides, brand books, visual component libraries, design systems...

Create or retouch graphical assets including illustrations, photos, infographics, etc.

Identify key usability issues and provide suggestions on how to solve them.

Contribute to regular testing of Ul components.

Work mainly on a web-based interface for tools used by hundreds of internal users.

Collaborate with different departments and creative groups to define and implement innovative solutions.

**Qualifications**:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Bachelor or Master's degree in Design or commensurate experience.

A portfolio showcasing your talent and design process.

Ability to quickly create multiple design solutions within tight deadlines while keeping a high level of attention to detail.

Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

Excellent time management and a sense of initiative. You don't wait for things to come to you, you are naturally curious and willing to improve the products and processes you work on.

Ability to present designs to various stakeholders.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Awareness of current trends in design, as well as a willingness to learn, grow and share.

Proficient with Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Excellent communication and presentation skills. You can express your ideas clearly and explain your design decisions.

Fluency in English (written and oral) is mandatory.
