**Responsibilities**:
**As a UX Designer**:
Conduct user research (interviews, observations, surveys) to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Create personas and map user journeys to identify opportunities for improvement.
Define information architecture and design clear navigation systems.
Develop interaction flows, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma.
Organize usability tests to validate assumptions and iterate on designs.
Collaborate closely with UI Designers, Business Analysts, and Developers to ensure feasibility and consistency.
**As a UI Designer**:
Produce high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma.
Build and maintain a Design System and UI component library in Storybook.
Ensure that aesthetics and ergonomics align with UX principles.
Provide developers with assets and clear implementation guidelines.
Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards (WCAG).
**Profile Required**:
3-5 years of experience as a UX and/or UI Designer with a strong portfolio of web or app projects.
Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience with Storybook.
Solid knowledge of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and front-end constraints (HTML, CSS, TypeScript).
Strong skills in user research, prototyping, usability testing, and graphic design fundamentals (typography, color theory, visual hierarchy).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with multidisciplinary teams.
