Recruiting Specialist

**The Opportunity**

We are currently looking for a Recruiter to join the Human Resource Team of the Lux Tire Plant department and support in the following tasks:

- Manage and continuously improve the process of recruiting hourly associates (qualified and non-qualified)
- Monitor recruitment efficiency and success rate indicators vs the manning plan and adopt effective sourcing and recruitment strategies to ensure required manning on time
- Drive employer branding and networking in Luxembourg and cross-border areas to attract technical talent to the plant

**To join our team you will need**:
**Education**:
You must hold a Bachelor or Master degree in HR or Business Administration or have relevant experience in the area of recruitment.

Languages:

- You must have a very good level (writing and speaking) of French, and at least communicative knowledge of English.
- Other languages, especially German and Luxembourgish will be considered as an asset.

IT, Soft Skills & others:

- Good Knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint
- Good communication skills
- Familiarity with digital job boards and social media usage for recruitment
- Professionalism & good presentation skills to represent the company in external events and meetings
- Previous recruiting/HR experience in Manufacturing environment
- Proactive and willing to learn
- Team spirit
