**Your role**
- Do you have the proven ability to analyze processes, products and service?
- We’re looking for a Senior Fund Platform Manager - Multifonds to:
- Independently supporting our internal clients from fund administration and investment accounting departments on our MultiFonds platform
- Investigation and resolution of functional issues by coordinating with diverse teams (Business, IT support L2/L3 IT teams)
- Following ITIL framework of communication and escalation.
- Work in an international context (cross locations) by providing user support to all our platform users.

This role is for Credit Suisse Luxembourg.

**Your expertise**
- Substantial practical experience in fund administration/ investment accounting
- High analytical skills and ability to compile findings, derive and describe business requirements
- Develop and execute test cases to validate system functionality against requirements. Identify, report and track defects and issues
- SQL skills is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and self-driven
- Solution oriented mindset
- Good communication skills
- University or Polytechnic degree a plus
- Fluent in English (oral and written), German skills a plus
