**Votre profil****:

- Our client, a leading international pharmaceutical group with operative offices in Luxembourg, is seeking a highly motivated Legal Counsel to join their team. The position will be based in their Luxembourg offices
- ** Profile Requirements**:

- A university degree in Law with a solid understanding of contract law and EU law. A Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or an LLM would be considered a strong asset.- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an in-house lawyer in an international pharmaceutical company.
- **Experience in the pharmaceutical sector and experience related to licensing and distribution contracts is required.**
- **Excellent command of English** (both written and spoken) is essential. Proficiency in another major European language (French, Italian, Spanish, or German) would be highly beneficial.

**Votre mission****:
**Position Scope**:

- As a Legal Counsel, you will report to the Head of the Legal Department and play a crucial role in supporting our growing business.- Your primary responsibilities will include:
**Analyzing, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of international agreements, with a particular focus on commercial law (e.g., license agreements, distribution agreements) and all agreements related to the life cycle of our products (including medical marketing aspects, manufacturing, and supply agreements).**
- Acting as a business partner and providing daily legal assistance to all functions within the company.- Managing other legal documents required for day-to-day operations.- Providing legal guidance on contractual and legal obligations, ensuring compliance with international laws and regulations.- Operating at a corporate level within the group, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and assume responsibility for day-to-day legal matters related to our major product portfolio.**Notre offre****:
