VML Luxembourg is one of the leading Amazon consulting agencies in Europe. **The opportunity**:
**What you'll be doing**:
- Manage the daily operations of the office, including communication with different suppliers and stakeholders
- Organize employee events, such as team-building activities, holiday parties, and other company events
- Provide HR support in attendance, sickness, and document management
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in recruitment processes, such as job postings, resume screening and scheduling interviews
- Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding
- Ensure that the office is well-maintained and supplies are stocked
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager
**What we want from you**:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (or ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively)
- Hands-on and practical approach to problem-solving (or willingness to learn and adapt to new situations)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team (or willingness to collaborate and contribute to a positive work environment)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (or ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
- Ideally, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Alternatively, at least 1-2 years of relevant experience that demonstrates the necessary skills and abilities.
- Fluency in English. Additional French and/or German language will be strong advantage.
