Terra Matters is a pioneering Economic Interest Group supported by the Ministry of the Economy of Luxembourg and the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce. Our mission is to drive the transition towards a circular economy by supporting companies and public stakeholders. At the heart of our work lies the Product Circularity Data Sheet (PCDS) ISO 59040—a standardized, internationally supported framework designed to improve transparency and sustainability across value chains.

**Your Role: Marketing & Communication Assistant (Intern or Apprentice)**

We are looking for a motivated and creative intern to support our marketing, content, events, and communication efforts. You will work closely with our CEO to coordinate content, prepare visuals, promote events, and support internal organization.

**Your Missions**

**1. Content & Communication**
- Plan and manage the monthly content calendar
- Create and schedule posts on LinkedIn (English/French)
- Write and edit articles, interviews, press releases, and website copy
- Assist in preparing communication materials for events and partnerships

**2. Website & Visual Assets**
- Update and improve the Terra Matters website (WordPress or Webflow)
- Coordinate with designers and partners to produce flyers, slide decks, videos, and other materials

**3. Event Coordination**
- Help organize webinars, workshops, and external exhibitions
- Support logistics, invitations, and follow-up communications
- Research new events and maintain our events calendar

**4. Branding & Marketing Collateral**
- Maintain brand guidelines and marketing templates (e.g., one-pagers, pitch decks)
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all channels

**5. Administrative & Organizational Support**
- Assist with team coordination and internal organization
- Support the management team on various administrative tasks

**What We’re Looking For**

**Profile & Skills**
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communication, Sustainability, Digital Media, or related fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English (German is a plus)
- Proficiency with social media (especially LinkedIn), Canva, and basic design tools
- Interest in sustainability, circular economy, or innovation
- Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
