With its expertise in caring for children of all ages, Rockids is now one of the leading players in the non-formal and extracurricular education sector in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
Our nurseries and daycare centres offer a solid educational foundation for children aged 0 to 12, based on caring practices and positive teaching methods.
To contribute to its development and support our structures on a daily basis, Rockids is recruiting its future Assistant Manager trainee (M/F).
Your main responsibilities will be :
- Reporting to senior management, you will support Rockids' support teams (HR, operations, finance, marketing) and be involved in the following tasks:
- Answering and handling telephone calls;
- Drafting and updating various documents, protocols and reports;
- Supporting the HR department: organising interviews and assisting with recruitment, etc.;
- Supporting the finance team: monitoring invoicing, chasing up customers, etc.;
- Assisting with decision-making: monitoring the competition, requesting quotes from suppliers and service providers, etc.;
- Supporting the organisation of internal and external events.
Required profile and qualities:
- You are currently studying administration, human resources or an equivalent subject
- Proficiency in office software (Word/Excel)
- You are independent and responsive
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, and your open-mindedness will enable you to work on cross-functional issues in coordination with all support services and structures.
- You are trustworthy, thorough and reliable.
- You are fluent in French and have very good skills in English. Knowledge of any other language (Luxembourgish, German, English) will be an additional asset.
