Junior Accountant

**Job Summary**

The Accounting and Tax Department at **EasyBiz** provides comprehensive fiduciary services to our clients, combining accounting expertise with automation-driven efficiency. We handle bookkeeping, financial oversight, tax declarations, and administrative processes: all while ensuring compliance with Luxembourg regulations.

We are currently looking for a **Junior Accountant** to join our on-site team in Luxembourg. This role offers hands-on experience in accounting operations and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

This position is **on-site in Luxembourg** and requires fluency in both **French** and **English**.

**Responsibilities**:
**Data Entry Operations**
- Classify and verify data required for accounting entries
- Record all sales, purchases, payroll, VAT, and other entries necessary for preparing financial statements
- Check the accuracy of information during entry and correct possible errors
- Reconcile and review accounts
- Draft simple balance sheet projects

**Filing and Document Management**
- File and archive accounting documents
- Keep the Senior Accountant and/or Chief Accountant Team informed of any irregularities identified during the work

**Tax and Reporting**
- Prepare periodic VAT and INTRASTAT declarations

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting within a company or fiduciary.

**Technical Expertise**:

- Strong knowledge of accounting entries under LuxGAAP.
- Experience in preparing and filing periodic VAT returns.
- Ability to manage different types of commercial accounting (multi-sector).
- Basic understanding of Luxembourg taxation.
- Experience in account reconciliation and matching of clients, suppliers, and banks.
- Contribution to the preparation of annual financial statements.
- Ability to review and process Luxembourg administrative document.

- French and English are essential.
