Dans le cadre d’un projet stratégique au sein du secteur bancaire, nous recherchons un(e) **Business Analyst SWIFT** expérimenté(e), ayant une expertise confirmée dans l’analyse fonctionnelle de projets liés aux paiements interbancaires et aux échanges via le réseau SWIFT.

Vous serez intégré(e) à une équipe projet agile et interviendrez en tant qu’interface clé entre les équipes métiers, les équipes IT et les partenaires externes

**Missions principales**:

- Analyse et modélisation des processus métiers liés aux paiements interbancaires (flux SWIFT, échanges SEPA, etc.)
- Rédaction des expressions de besoins, dossiers de solution et spécifications fonctionnelles
- Création et exécution des plans de tests fonctionnels et d’intégration
- Suivi de la recette et gestion des anomalies
- Réalisation des livrables projet (documents d’analyse, plans de test, cas de test, comptes rendus, etc.)
- Accompagnement au changement et formation des équipes opérationnelles
- Participation active aux rituels agiles (daily, sprint planning, revue, rétrospective)

**Profil**:

- Expérience : 11 à 15 ans en tant que Business Analyst fonctionnel, idéalement sur des projets de paiement ou interbancaires
- Expertise : Solide connaissance des produits de paiements bancaires (SWIFT MT/MX, SEPA, TARGET2, etc.)
- Compétences analytiques : Capacité à comprendre rapidement les problématiques métiers et à identifier les solutions adaptées
- Travail en équipe : Bonne communication, capacité d’adaptation et collaboration efficace avec des équipes transverses
- Outils : Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio), outils de gestion de tests et de tickets (JIRA, HP ALM, etc.)
- Méthodologie : Expérience significative dans des environnements projet Agile / Scrum
- Langues : Français et anglais courant requis (échanges fréquents en anglais à l’écrit comme à l’oral)
