Our client is an international financial services provider with a branch in Luxembourg. To support a project, we are currently seeking a Business Analyst / PMO (M/F/d).

- Excellent English language skills, German language skills advantageous
- Understanding and solid knowledge in the area of Payments & SWIFT
- Understanding of Wealth Management / Private Banking, Institutional Banking and Financial instruments
**Deine Tasks**
You will provide assistance to IT Management and IT Project Management in the following areas:
- Taking ownership of specific project topics by evaluating the current and desired state, conducting analysis, developing a solution approach, and ensuring the implementation of approved actions with IT and Business stakeholders
- Conducting analysis work, which may involve managing integrated software component inventories, integrated contract inventories, and integrated project portfolios, as well as analyzing current and future generic processes and tools such as the local time tracking tool
- Negotiating new or modified IT contracts
- Conducting internal controls for outsourcing, including capturing all relevant information and following up on open issues
- Assisting in the notification of local and European regulators regarding outsourcing initiatives
No work from home during the first 3 months of the engagement.
