In an ever faster changing Regulatory and Tax environment, companies are facing complex and evolving Reporting and Compliance obligations; Our team assists clients to be up-to-date with every reporting requirements in Europe and more widely i.e. Asia and US.

We are seeking a Director in Investor Fund Reporting.

**What you will be working on**:

- Inspire, animate and mentor a strong and growing team with a convincing passion and positive mindset; drive succession planning and embed a feedback-driven culture;
- Coach management on client centricity and business development
- Manage the team in terms of appropriate resource and skills level
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients and targets
- Co‑lead product development for assigned portfolios and actively identifies cross‑sell opportunities across the department
- Ensures deliverables exceed client expectations and firm quality requirements
- Drive the change management and the integration into the team
- Proactively partner with the network to identify and pursue new products and new clients
- Lead high‑level negotiations
- Be a firm ambassador; represent KPMG externally, shape market visibility, partnership and thought leadership.

**What we look for**:

- 12-15+ years’ experience in the Fund industry including 5+ years in a Big 4 environment at a managerial role.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Management or related field
- Good understanding of the Alternative Investments
- Demonstrable business development success and sector reputation including existing network
- Proven ability to win and expand senior client relationships and commercial opportunities.
- Deep technical expertise in fund/investor reporting and alternative investments, with quality-first delivery.
- Strong commercial judgement and financial ownership (WIP / pricing / P&L).
- Exceptional people leadership — coaching, succession and inclusive team building.
- Track record of driving operational efficiency and digital transformation.
- Resilience and sound decision-making under pressure; strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communicator fluent in English (additional languages an advantage).
