Vous vous joindrez à notre équipe d’avocats fiscalistes expérimentés et les assisterez dans la réalisation des tâches suivantes:
- Gestion de l’ensemble des problématiques fiscales (i) liées aux activités de gestion d’actifs (structuration de fonds, nouveaux investissements/désinvestissements, réorganisation, conformité fiscale, etc.) sur l’ensemble des classes d’actifs du Groupe (dette privée, actifs réels, _private equity_, _capital markets strategies_) et (ii) des entités du Groupe Tikehau Capital (déclarations fiscales, intégration fiscale, contrôle & contentieux fiscal, prix de transfert, etc.).
- Assister les équipes d’investissement et le Middle-Office sur les impacts fiscaux des transactions (retenues à la source, ratio fiscaux FPCI, etc.) et superviser les conseils externes (comptables, auditeurs, fiscalistes, etc.)
- Revue de la documentation des fonds, de toute conventions ou documents de financement des fonds ou de leurs investissements, en étroite collaboration avec les départements Juridique et Finance notamment.
- Rédaction de mémos fiscaux, recherches techniques, doctrine fiscale et suivi d’actualité (jurisprudence, environnement fiscal national et international), mise en œuvre de procédures internes.

You will join our team of experienced tax lawyers and will be responsible for assisting them in the following tasks:
- Participation in all tax aspects of the asset management activities (fund structuring, new investment/divestment, reorganisation, tax compliance, etc.) and Group’s corporate matters (tax returns, tax group, tax audits, etc.) or new projects.
- Assist the Middle-Office department in day-to-day operations and manage relationships with external advisers or counsels (accountant, tax lawyers, etc.)
- Review fund’s documentation, agreements and financing documents in close coordination with Legal, Finance and other departments,
- Drafting of tax memo, technical research, follow-up of tax matters regulations/case law (domestic and international tax environment), implementation of internal processes, tax knowledge.

- Vous êtes étudiant en Master 2 Droit fiscal ou équivalent (France ou étranger), École du Barreau ou École de Commerce
- Vous avez une première expérience dans un cabinet d’avocats ou une institution ou entreprise financière,
- Vous connaissez le droit fiscal et les principes comptables,
- Vous parlez et écrivez couramment l’anglais,
- Vous êtes rigoureux,
- Vous avez de bonnes aptitudes relationnelles,
- Vous pouvez vous adapter au travail dans un environnement en évolution rapide
Lieu du stage : Luxembourg-ville, Luxembourg.

- You have a first experience in a law firm or financial institution/company,
- You are familiar with domestic and international tax law and accounting principles,
- You have fluent English written and spoken,
- You are rigorous,
- You have a good relationship skill,
- You can adapt to work in a fast-changing environment
