Human Innovation Partners is seeking a highly experienced and bilingual Chief Financial Officer who is fluent in French and German to join a reputable commercial firm in Luxembourg.
As a CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, developing financial strategies, and providing strategic financial guidance to the executive management team. This is a leadership role that requires exceptional financial expertise and strong communication skills in both French and German.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the financial department, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop financial strategies and plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide strategic recommendations to executive management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Oversee cash flow management and financial risk assessment.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes.
- Manage the financial planning and budgeting process.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Fluency in French and German is mandatory, any other language will be considered an asset.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a financial leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Proven track record of financial strategy development and implementation.
- Good knowledge of company-specific software (SAP, Powerbird, Cursor)
- Experience in managing financial operations for a multinational organization is preferred.
