Working as part of our BeLux Valuation Advisory team, you will be carrying out valuations of all types of property as well as varied consulting assignments in the real estate sector.
You’ll analyze market data, comparable transactions and asset specific information including lease contracts.
You’ll learn to use the leading specialized commercial software packages as well as JLL’s in-house systems.
You’ll benefit from the vast experience and knowledge of your colleagues, within as well as outside the team.
Based in Luxemburg, you’ll be responsible for reports and will visit buildings of all types across the country.
Desired skills and experience for this job
We’ll expect you to be enthusiastic and entrepreneurial, joining an experienced team with a strong emphasis on career progression and growth as well as fun along the way.
An ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information is essential.
A university degree in Finance, Economics or Law or another qualification related to Construction would be useful.
Previous work experience in commercial property services, ideally within valuation, is essential. The position can be tailored around your level of seniority.
You’ll have fluent knowledge of French and English. Fluent knowledge of German or Dutch would be a plus.
