**Position Description**:

- Perform communication system design (satellite and terrestrial) and feasibility analysis to develop value solutions that intersect customer needs and Intelsat strategies
- Support the team with link budget analyses, data analyses and day to day administrative activities to improve the overall efficiency.
- Work with vendors to obtain the details of their technologies and populate an internal database.
- Work with MS Visio to create a database of high level diagrams

**Responsibilities**:

- You will learn to perform communication system design (satellite and terrestrial) and feasibility analysis to develop value solutions that intersect customer needs and Intelsat strategies.
- You will assist Sales to identify customer needs and drivers both technically and financially and collaborate with Sales through customer assessments, proposal development and the delivery of effective communications.
- You will gain knowledge and understand satellite technology and offerings, collaborating with various internal teams (Network engineering, capacity planning and provisioning and etc.)
- You will work on creating a database of various vendors: antennas, amplifiers, LNB and modems.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Part-time or full-time students who have completed 24+ credit hours (rising sophomores/juniors/seniors) and are enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited college or university; Part-time or full-time students enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited college or university
- May 2025 graduate
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, professionalism, and maturity in the workplace
- Effective communicator in both written and spoken English
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in use of MSOffice Suite
- 3.0 GPA or above preferred

**Summer Intern Program Description**:

- Paid internship;12 weeks - Dates TBD
- Schedule - 40 hours/week, Monday
- Friday, 9 - 5 or regular core hours
- Hybrid environment (minimum 3 days in office location)
